A client engagement account manager is a “Sales” and “Relationship Management” professional who handles a set of customer accounts for the stored value processing business.
Incumbent will be responsible for increasing sales from existing customers by maintaining and mining existing accounts and adding new accounts.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and preferably an MBA degree in either business or marketing.
Experience & Desirable Traits: 2-5 yrs experience in any of the following disciplines: In online or offline Retail / FMCG/ BFSI / Merchant acquiring business or other payment companies in sales, marketing or business alliance function.
Should have worked in a target driven role, solid understanding of Retail and payment Business, Strong Analytical Skills, Numbers Driven. Good at PPTs and Excel Spreadsheet. Should be able to think on their feet.
Be readily available to customers to assist in any questions or problems that may arise. Should be willing to travel.
