Job Description

Job Title: Client Service Representative – Advertising Agency


Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Representative to join our innovative advertising agency. As a key liaison between our clients and our creative team, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, a proactive approach to client interactions, and the ability to effectively translate client briefs into compelling design concepts.




Bilingual Communication:

  • Communicate seamlessly with clients in both English and Hindi, ensuring clear understanding and articulation of ideas.
  • Act as a language bridge between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and provide solutions.


Brief Interpretation and Delivery:

  • Receive client briefs and translate them into comprehensive instructions for the design team.
  • Ensure that the creative team receives accurate and detailed briefs, fostering an environment that encourages innovative and effective design solutions.


Project Coordination:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all project elements align with the client’s vision and objectives.


Proactive Client Engagement:

  • Initiate regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional collaboration.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations to enhance their advertising strategies.


Problem Resolution:

  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively, finding solutions that align with both client expectations and agency capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
