1. Sell resume writing and other candidate services to customers through inside sales activities
2. Prospect and build a sales pipeline, search and identify potential buyers, establish contacts and generate orders
3. Maintain relationships with various firms and consultancies and bring them on board to provide them with the necessary support and information
4. Manage the pipeline and diligently record interactions with the customers such as calls made, emails sent, etc.
5. Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and work as a point of contact throughout sales and service delivery as well as handle inquiries
6. Assist in widening brand recognition through the use of social media and other means as required
