About Ohana Academy :

We are a funded ed-tech company based out of India and Singapore. We have created a platform for teaching holistic learning at scale to kids aged 4-12 years. We are looking for Senior Business Development Executives/Business Development Executives.
What we offer :
Salary: Fixed -12 Lakh per annum + Bonus up to 150% of CTC paid out monthly
Ownership – ESOP post probation
Location : This is a work-from-office role based out of Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Lead a team of 10+ sales executives. Conduct daily standups, mock pitch sessions, lead allocation and review leads with the team
2. Help the team with closures by supporting them on customer calls and by reaching out to existing and potential learners to present our service offering
3. Review team performance and inputs on a daily basis and track output against targets
4. Listen to team’s call recordings for understanding and filling gaps
5. Make customer calls to get first-hand understanding of pitch effectiveness and objection handling, to be able to continuously improve the pitch.
6. Exceed targets for new sales, referrals, or renewals in an individual contributor role
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Graduation is mandatory (in any field)
2. 4+ years of experience in leading B2C sales teams
3. Proven B2C sales track record of exceeding targets
4. Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and PowerPoint
5. Mandatory Language Fluency: English, Hindi
6. Deliver weekly and monthly metrics
7. Ability to deliver in a high-pressure environment
Ohana Academy will offer salary in the range 10 LPA - 12 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
