Key Responsibilities for this role:
∙Making pre budgeted no of outbound calls.
∙Responsible for managing assigned no. of leads and opening targeted no of demat
accounts.
∙Online documents uploading and getting it processed.
∙Also in a given ratio accounts need to be activated thru getting margin in to it.
∙Providing clients with Demo & handhold to initiate trading activities after account
opening.
∙Follow-up with the give leads in a preset TAT to get more conversion ratio.
Skills Requirement:
∙Good communication skills.
∙Knowledge of broking & operations knowledge.
∙Experienced with good knowledge of broking industry are welcome
∙Risk profiling of client along with technical and fundamental understanding &
Knowledge of trading applications, MS Office etc. is preferred but not must.
∙High on energy, sharp & Confident
KRAs:
∙Minimum 3 hours Talk time
∙Minimum 120 outbound calls
∙Total 110 Accounts with at least 15 Margin accounts
∙12 Activation of clients
Education:
∙Minimum Graduation
Experience:
∙1 year of experience in outbound call in BFSI OR 1 year of experience in outbound
call KPO’s & BPO’s
Motilal Oswal will offer salary in the range 3 LPA - 4 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
