We are looking for a Tele caller to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service. To be able to provide the best tele calling experience, you must know how to convince the toughest of the client to purchase our offering.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Answering calls and resolving queries about product or company.

2. Noticing significant subtleties of every discussion.

3. Conveying verbal acknowledgments of shoot to our frontend team.

4. Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.

5. Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.

6. Posing questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales

7. Acquiring and updating an individual’s contact details.

8. Enter and update customer information in the database and generate relevant reports on day-to-day basis.

9. Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Telesales representative or other customer service role.
High school Diploma; B.sc/BA/BBA/MBA in Tourism and Travel Management will be added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of the English language and Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada is an added Advantage.
Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
Ability to switch communication styles
