Job Description

Enerjazz is building a battery swapping network like petrol pumps for 2M+ commercial
electric vehicles in India. We have been growing at 50% MOM for the last four months.
Enerjazz founders are Ravi Bharihoke, a graduate of IIT, with 8+ years’ experience at
three different business lines at Shell, and Pratik Das, Ph.D. in lithium-ion batteries from
German Aerospace Center.

Enerjazz is funded by Y combinator and other tier-1 investors (yet to be publicly announced).

❖ We are looking for a competitive territory sales leader to follow up sales strategies
and attract new users while maintaining a healthy funnel. The successful salesperson
will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
❖ Set and meet growth targets. This is how your performance will be judged.
❖ User on-boarding (B2C). Responsible for sourcing user leads, having a healthy
funnel and meeting growth targets the company has set.
❖ Partner onboarding (B2B). Responsible for sourcing partner leads, having a healthy
funnel and meeting growth targets the company has set.
❖ Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
❖ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
❖ Manage relationships with partners/vendors
❖ “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling)
❖ Evaluate customer’s skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
❖ Meet personal and team sales targets
❖ Generate and follow through sales leads
❖ Get work done through sales executives under him
❖ Report and provide feedback to management about the leads and follow-ups
❖ Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

Requirements
❖ Street smartness
❖ Proven sales experience
❖ Track record of over-achieving targets
❖ Smartphone mandatory
❖ Computer, smartphone use competency
❖ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
❖ Self-motivated and driven

Compensation:
3L-6L per annum. Depending on experience.
