This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process,identifying suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting the best candidates to fill open positions. The Recruitment Manager will also be responsible for developing recruitment strategies,building relationships with clients, monitoring recruitment metrics, and ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing the recruitment process
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniquessuch as job portals, employee walk-ins, campusrecruitment, headhunting, and market research agencies
. Ability to build relationships with clients andcandidates
• Understanding of labor laws and employmentregulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field
. Experience in the staffing industry is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
Beplus consultancy will offer salary in the range 3 LPA - 4.5 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
