Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.

Product/Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads to ensure a high conversion rate.

Sales Closure: Close sales deals by persuading prospects to make a purchase or commit to a desired action.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including sales calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.


Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. Previous experience in a call centre or sales environment is a plus.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.

Persistence and Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.

Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.

Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.
