Roles:
● Drive monthly sales goals by making phone calls to working professionals.
● Recognize prospects’ needs and requirements and assist them in selecting the
appropriate programme.
● Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits and establish yourself
as a “go-to” resource for product information.
● Assist customers in understanding the program’s unique selling points and
establishing trust.
● Proactively follow up with prospects to provide any additional information needed to
close sales.
● Maintain detailed prospect data in CRM and lead tracking software.
Skills and knowledge:
● A proven track record of producing top results in B2C Sales.
● Strong phone presence and experience closing sales over the phone. Excellent
communication skills and command of both written and spoken English.
● Highly self-motivated and capable of working with a goal-oriented mindset
● Minimum of one to greater than one year of experience in similar roles in education
and related industries.
Extrahike will offer salary in the range 3 LPA - 5 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
