This role will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts. This person will also oversee our SEO and digital marketing efforts supported by an outsourced team. Recruited candidate shall develop full understanding of the product platform, functionalities and process flows. He/she shall lead enterprise client solutioning using our products in rewards & recognition and performance management.
The candidate shall lead the Sales & Marketing team in achieving the sales targets. Activities could include by preparation and submission of Proposals, Client Contracts. Additionally, the candidate shall be responsible for developing partner relationships and other relevant sales channels. He/ she shall be executing the Go-To-Market & digital marketing strategy (Inbound & Outbound), creation of digital assets, SEO & SEM related efforts.

PossibleWorks will offer salary in the range 10 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
