These terms of use (Terms) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blitzrecruit Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees from a user, by giving reasonable prior notice, in respect of any product, service or any other aspect of this Site.

Cancellation:

1. Blitzrecruit Pvt Ltd reserves the right to claim the fees for the use of website / platform by user and / or the services rendered to the user and/or the organisation.

2. Cancellation/discontinue of use of website and/or services shall shall not be retrospective in nature and unless specifically mentioned, the user is liable to pay for the use of website or rendered service by Blitzrecruit Pvt Ltd unless stated and agreed mutually.

3. The user reserved the right to discontinue usage of website or services of Blitzrecruit Pvt Ltd with advance notice. All dues for use of website or service prior to the last day of use / services taken shall be payable by the user.

4. Blitzrecruit Pvt Ltd reserved the right to discontinue user from using the website or services under circumstances of non-receipt of payments or violation of the terms and conditions of this website usage or the service rendered by Blitzrecruit Pvt Ltd. or inactivity for long duration.

Refunds:

1. The website has been established to allow employers to view candidate’s profiles and contact candidates

2. Blitzrecruit Pvt Ltd will take all reasonable precautions to keep details of employers and candidates secure. But will not be liable for un-authorized access to the information provided by any party whatsoever.

3. The platform fee and/or service fees paid by employers or candidates for the use of platform or services rendered by Blitzrecruit Pvt Ltd shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. The users of the website acknowledge that Blitzrecruit Pvt Ltd is not liable for any form of loss or damage that may be suffered through the use of the website including loss of data or information or any kind of financial or physical loss or damage.

5. All terms shall be subject to Indian Law and jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
