Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients and industries that can benefit from XYMA Sensors. Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and effectively communicate how XYMA Analytics’ technology can address those issues.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our ultrasound-based temperature measurement sensors and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients. Stay updated
on industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Plan and coordinate marketing events product presentations, demonstrations, webinars to showcase the benefits and features of our sensors, also the value and capabilities of XYMA Analytics’ technology to potential clients
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the technical team to create tailored proposals and solutions that meet clients’ specific requirements and align with their business objectives.
• Sales Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Work to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and client interactions, using the company’s CRM system.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings. Provide market feedback to the company’s leadership team to shape future product development and sales strategies.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, blog posts, and social media updates.
• Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
• Website Management: Ensure our website is up to date with relevant content and optimized for lead generation.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
• Market Research: Gather market intelligence to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• +2 years of Experience in B2B sales, preferably in Oil & Gas industry sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex technology solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus
• Knowledge of Hindi & English is a must.
XYMA ANALYTICS Pvt. Ltd. will offer salary in the range 5 LPA - 6 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
