Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit compelling documentary-style videos for distribution on YouTube and OTT (Over-the-Top) platforms. Develop engaging narratives and visual storytelling techniques to captivate and inform audiences.

Research and Planning: Conduct thorough research on topics, themes, and subject matter for documentary videos. Develop detailed production plans, including shooting schedules, interview questions, and location scouting, to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Production Management: Coordinate all aspects of video production, including filming, lighting, sound recording, and directing talent or interview subjects. Oversee post-production activities, such as video editing, color grading, audio mixing, and visual effects, to achieve high-quality final products.

Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to camera operators, editors, and other team members involved in video production. Ensure that the visual style, tone, and messaging of videos align with the overall brand identity and objectives.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with content creators, writers, researchers, and subject matter experts to develop compelling and informative documentary content. Foster positive working relationships and open communication channels to facilitate creative collaboration and idea generation.

Optimization for Platforms: Optimize video content for distribution on YouTube and OTT platforms, considering factors such as video length, format, metadata, and audience engagement. Stay informed about platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to maximize visibility and reach.

Audience Engagement: Monitor audience feedback, comments, and analytics to gauge viewer response and engagement with video content. Use insights to refine content strategies, improve storytelling techniques, and tailor future videos to better resonate with target audiences.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all videos meet high standards of production quality, accuracy, and authenticity. Conduct thorough quality checks and reviews throughout the production process to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
