Job Description
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create posts, stories, videos, and graphics that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
Social Media Management: Manage all aspects of our social media presence, including posting schedules, content calendars, and community engagement. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Audience Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our social media followers by fostering conversations, soliciting feedback, and encouraging user-generated content. Implement strategies to increase audience engagement, reach, and retention.
Campaign Planning: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop social media marketing campaigns that support our overall marketing objectives. Define campaign goals, target audiences, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and content. Use data insights to optimize strategies, identify trends, and recommend improvements to drive better results.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our social media presence and reach new audiences. Negotiate terms, manage relationships, and track campaign performance.
Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness. Set campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and ad creatives to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and new features on social media platforms. Research competitor activities and industry trends to inform our social media strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
