Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for IT services.
Utilize various channels, including tele-calling and online platforms, to generate quality leads for the sales team.
2. Qualification of Leads:
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and assess the fit for our IT services.
Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring alignment with the company’s target market.
3. Solution Presentation:
Collaborate with the technical team to understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our IT services.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
4. Proposal Development:
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to create customized proposals and quotes for potential clients.
Ensure proposals align with client needs and effectively communicate the proposed solution.
5. Relationship Building:
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in potential client organizations.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and understanding of client requirements.
6. Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Provide regular updates to the sales and marketing teams on competitive intelligence and market trends.
7. Tele-calling and Outreach:
Conduct tele-calling campaigns to schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
Follow up on marketing initiatives and respond to inquiries to generate interest in our IT services.
8. CRM Management:
Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the CRM system.
9. Sales Support:
Provide support to the sales team by assisting in the development of sales collateral and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and plan effective sales approaches.
10. Goal Achievement:
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets.
Contribute to the overall sales strategy and objectives of the organization.
Requirements:
Proven experience in pre-sales or lead generation roles within the IT services industry.
Strong understanding of IT services and technology trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in using tele-calling tools and CRM software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
Results-oriented with a focus on lead conversion and revenue growth.
