Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs, pain points, and business objectives. Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and market trends to identify opportunities for product or service alignment.
Solution Development: Develop customized solutions and proposals that address client challenges and align with their strategic goals. Utilize analytical tools and models to design innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Value Proposition: Articulate the value proposition of proposed solutions to prospective clients through persuasive presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. Highlight key features, benefits, and ROI metrics to showcase the value of our offerings.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to assess market positioning, pricing strategies, and product differentiation. Identify competitive strengths and weaknesses to inform our sales and marketing strategies and gain a competitive edge.
Post-Sales:
Implementation Support: Partner with the implementation team to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on pre-sales interactions to guide the implementation process and ensure client satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and effectiveness of implemented solutions. Identify areas for improvement and optimization to drive continuous value delivery and customer success.
Customer Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, offering insights and recommendations to maximize the value of our offerings.
Data Analysis: Analyze post-sales data, including usage patterns, customer feedback, and revenue metrics, to identify trends and insights that inform product development and business strategy. Translate data into actionable insights to drive business growth and customer retention.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, business reviews, and proactive communication. Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
