Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers through follow-up calls to gather feedback, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Lead Generation: Identify potential leads by qualifying prospects based on predefined criteria, such as budget, timeline, and need, and gather relevant information for further follow-up.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including call logs, lead status, and contact information, using CRM software or other designated tools.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and relevant information gathered during customer interactions to facilitate the sales process.
Product Knowledge: Acquire a thorough understanding of our products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
Follow-Up: Follow up on previous calls and inquiries to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline. Maintain regular communication with prospects to build rapport and keep them engaged with our offerings.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality, as set by the sales manager or team leader.
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team and support our lead generation efforts. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, engaging with existing clients, and nurturing leads to drive sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and possesses excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable speaking with people over the phone, building rapport quickly, and effectively conveying the value proposition of our products or services.
