Role : Business Development Officer

Relevant Experience: 1 – 3 years Location: Bangalore/Surat/Vadodara About the role:

This is a sales and customer engagement role. Person will be responsible to generate leads, collect required document, help customer to apply for loan and manage good relationship.

Do you have what it takes?

·         An ability to understand lending products and a strong background on the fundamentals of finance.

·         Has strong customer orientation and is able to handle objections from customers methodically and politely.

·         Should have strong communication skills – oral and written in English, Hindi, and local language.                                                                                                 

·         An ability to display a strong sense of empathy with the customer.

·         Patience to deal with the customers, partners and analysts in the face of process-breakdowns and delays.

·         Any graduate or postgraduate.

·         Working knowledge of MS Excel.

·         Experience in B2B sales in a customer facing role for 1-3 years.



How can you contribute to our success?

  • Lead generation on the ground for MSME loans.
  • Tele-callingandphysicalvisitstothepartnersinordertogeneratetherequirednumberofapplicationsandconversionsinamonth.
  • Helping the customer apply for a  loan through the Tally platform.
  • Engagingwiththeprospectsandclarifyinganyqueriesthattheymighthaveaboutthelendingproductsorprocess.
  • Co-ordinatingwiththepartnerandpartnerresourcesforleads,clarifyinganyquestionsthattheymighthaveabouttheproductsandprocesses.
  • Coordinating with  the financial analyst at the back-end incase of any queries being raised by Tally or by the lender.
  • Advocating the requirements of the customer and making suggestions for improvement in processes.
  • Will have to have complete clarity on the lending products on offer
