Job Description:

As a Senior Category Associate – you will be responsible for managing and resolving category-related inquiries and issues. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to ensure effective communication and resolution of category-related concerns. Your primary focus will be to provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



  • Respond to category-related inquiries from Learners, Category teams, and internal teams promptly and professionally.
  • Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by addressing inquiries effectively and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Gather relevant information to fully understand the nature of inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, category and business teams to resolve category-related issues.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within assigned categories.
  • Stay up to date with offers and promotions, updates, new goal/batch launches related to assigned categories.



  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in customer service, escalations is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (Freshdesk), Tableau, MS office and CRM 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
