Job Description for Sales Executive at Theja Infracon Private limited:
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales
• Identify and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve desired results
• Utilize multiple approaches such as cold calling, emails, networking, and trade shows to generate leads and close sales
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Monitor customer feedback and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
• Track sales performance and provide quarterly/annual forecasts
• Remain informed of current market trends and competition activities
