Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Ikigai Lab’s B2B academic and corporate client base.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the academic and corporate sectors, build strong relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing Ikigai Lab’s offerings and value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the CEO.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in the education and corporate training sectors.
  • Represent Ikigai Lab at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B business development and sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
