Job Description for Customer Care Executive at TENET
• Provide excellent customer service to customers on the phone and in-person
• Assist customers with inquiries, questions and concerns regarding products and services
• Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Record customer details and inquiries in a customer database
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to customers
• Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate actions
• Work with customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer service performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain customer confidentiality at all times
• Report customer service issues to the Manager
Skills Required:
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and customer service standards
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and
tenet will offer salary in the range 1 LPA - 3 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
