We work on some of the most exciting AI and Machine Learning projects using Open AI, Python, LLM, Data Science and Machine Learning.
As a Marketing and Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for :
● Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and
campaigns to promote our products/services.
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customer segments,
industry trends, and competitor insights.
● Support the creation and optimization of marketing materials, including content
creation for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
● Help manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement,
and analysing performance metrics.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email marketing campaigns,
including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
● Collaborate with our development team to build user-friendly and responsive web
applications using React JS.
● Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and
● Assist in the creation of sales and marketing collateral, such as presentations,
brochures, and case studies.
● Conduct outreach to potential partners, clients, and influencers to explore
● Assist in the preparation of business development proposals and presentations.
● Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
with relevant data and information.
● Monitor and report on key marketing and business development metrics, providing
insights and recommendations for improvement.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging
technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
● Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging
● Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
● Basic knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and trends.
● Familiarity with market research and analysis.
● Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software
is a plus.
● Prior internship or work experience in marketing, business development, or a related field is preferred.
This internship is designed to provide valuable practical experience in marketing and
business development while allowing the intern to contribute their ideas and skills to our organisation’s growth. The successful candidate will work closely with our team, gaining exposure to various aspects of marketing and business development strategies for onshore as well as offshore sites. Techladd will offer salary in the range 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
