Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of Senior Business Development Executive at Teachnook

 

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key industry trends in the segment of the professional program.
  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our professional programs to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
