Field Sales Officer
Job Description
Sprink provides food services to organizations of various sizes starting from 20 employee count to 2000 employee count. As a field sales executive you will be accountable for meeting clients, selling them our food offerings, and then onboarding them.
Responsibilities :
1. Calling companies or walking into offices to meet HR/admin and explain Sprink’s offerings
2. Qualifying leads based on their needs/expectations and our offerings
3. Sharing proposal, following up, and then closing the deal
Desired Skills :
– 0-2 years of field sales experience in a B2C company with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter, and willingness to meet targets
Full Time: 5 Days a week(unless there’s a client meeting on weekend)
Location: Work from the field (as per designated cluster of Bangalore)
Salary: INR 30,000/month + Monthly Target Based Incentives
Language: English and 1 more language (Kannada spoken is a plus)
