Job Description :

We are looking for a Marketing Head  who’ll lead all our marketing activities:  Performance marketing, Social Media Strategy, D2C Growth. Ideal candidate would be someone who has a good mix of storytelling and data driven decision making

As a marketing head, you will be working very closely with the founding team

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing (D2C growth) – Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Communications, Performance and Creative
Brand & Communication Strategy- : Design branding, positioning and performance strategies. Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like product, website, packaging, email campaigns, and other promotional materials)
Budget Management – Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the overall Marketing department
Agency Handling – Work closely with Performance marketing, SEO, Retention agency
Team building : Craft annual hiring plans and allocate resources accordingly. Set, monitor and report on team & company OKRs
Market research – Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
Social & Influencer – Responsible for PR & influencer engagement to increase brand recall and awareness

Requirements and skills:

A good mix of storytelling and data driven decision making
Work experience as Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing or VP Marketing.
Solid knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, CRO,
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals
Analytical mindset
