About the company
Smartivity (www.smartivity.in), is a global Educational Toy Brand based out of New Delhi. We design, manufacture and sell innovative, and world-class STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) Educational Construction Toys for 3-14-year-old kids, in 30+ countries across the world.
We are currently recruiting for the following position at Smartivity.
Role : Business Development Lead Location: Delhi
– Employment Type: Full time (In office)
– Compensation: INR 10-15 LPA(Fixed) + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquire new customers (toy distributors) for the brand in International markets
2. Reach out to new international customers through cold emails/Linkedin
3. Research on customer base in international markets, current market conditions and competition strategy
4. Establish and maintain positive business relationships to leverage upselling and retention
5. Responsible for lead generation and sale closure in Corporate Sales and B2B channels
Key Skills:
1. 4+ years of proven work experience as a B2B Sales Representative
2. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
3. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
4. Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
5. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Educational background and Other Preferences
Degree from a Tier 1 College
Immediate joiners are preferred
Smartivity Labs Private Limited will offer salary in the range 10 LPA - 20 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
