Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive at Skill Xperts Academy, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business expansion and contributing to the overall success of the academy. Your key responsibilities will include:

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and competitor analysis. Utilize gathered insights to develop strategic approaches for business growth.

Lead Generation: Generate new leads through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking, a social media platforms. Nurture leads and manage the lead pipeline effectively.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and address any concerns promptly.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales by promoting Skill Xperts Academy’s courses and offerings to

prospective clients. Achieve individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue growth.

Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborate to create customized training programs and collaborations.

Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns. Provide insights to refine marketing efforts based on client feedback and market trends.

Attend Events and Networking: Represent Skill Xperts Academy at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the academy’s reach and visibility.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to the management regarding sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience (0-3 years) in business development, sales, or related roles. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
