You will be starting off coding our PSD files and designs into working wordpress websites and themes, and moving from there to developing custom wordpress plguins and custom php web apps in future. Must have suitable experience and skills required to do these tasks.

Immaculate English profeciency required, so we can communicate adequately.

• Mainly working on WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Capability to work with different e-commerce platforms e.g: Shopify for basic functions.
• Coding PSD to Wordpress / Woocommerce
• Javascript, JSON, jQuery, and animated effects
• PHP – Can code web apps and custom php apps, wordpress or woocommerce plugins
• HTML/CSS Pixel perfect responsive bootstrap design
• Understands UX/UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
• Some server admin experience with linux/plesk (Great understanding of hosting and various servers.)
• Capability to solve all coding issues of the website backend system independently.
• A strong ability to understand Google Analytics, Search Console data, and Facebook Pixel in both implementation and reading.
• WP Multi Site: Implementing multi site design of 40+ websites into central dashboard where they can be managed from one location. Emails and status’s from incoming orders to be unique to said websites that can be managed from central website.
• Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs for both front-end and back-end.
• Communicates with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders daily.
• Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and APIs.
• Customize WordPress themes and templates to align with the project’s visual design and branding guidelines.
• Developing custom WordPress theme, plugins, and widgets.
• Create and optimize graphics, icons, and other visual elements for seamless integration into the website. (Mainly resizing, or changing colours, etc within Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Implement and customize WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Optimize website performance by employing efficient coding techniques, image optimization, and caching strategies.
• Provide support and troubleshoot UI-related issues for existing WordPress websites.
• Photoshop & Illustrator experience beneficial for quick edits of images, svg’s and .AI files for proper placement within product pages.
• Evaluates written code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all devices.
• Maintains a professional understanding of web development by tracking trends and participating in study groups.
• Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests.
• Design and implement responsive and mobile-friendly layouts
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance of UX/UI coding, testing.
• Work with designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional user interfaces
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in professional development
• Proven experience in website development.
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Highly organized and can manage multiple projects.
• A can-do attitude to make things happen.
• Occasionally other tasks may be requested.
