Job Description

Job Requirement

  • Should have experience of machine manufacturing company.
  • Should be well versed with machine components.
  • Research potential vendors and maintain relations with them, vendor management.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  • Coordination with Sub Contractor for Fabrication Job Work.
  • For subcontracting work , calculate and define process of machining part of products and coordinate with vendors for Job work.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery with quality products.
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
  • Enter order details (e.G. Vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
  • Coordinate with PPC, Inward, Store and Production staff to ensure proper storage.
  • Purchase Documentation and Reporting.
  • Any other responsibility given by management.
     

Candidate Requirement

  • Should be Diploma / BE – Mechanical.
  • Should have minimum 5 to 8 years of experience.
  • Should be good in negotiation.
  • Should have good communications and personality.
  • Should have good negotiation skills.
  • Able to work with tight timeline.
  • Able to take decision and closely monitor inventory.
