Job Description:

As the Promotion Manager & Team Leader cum Trainer at Samradhya Bhumi E-Vehicle Manufacturing Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales force efficiency and revenue generation through strategic promotional activities and effective team leadership. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, providing them with the necessary training and guidance to excel in their roles, while also developing and implementing promotion strategies to boost sales and market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Team Leadership and Training:

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

Set clear goals and targets for individual team members and monitor their progress regularly.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and high performance.

Promotion Strategy Development:

Develop comprehensive promotion strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, consumer trends, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Utilize a variety of promotional channels, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and partnerships, to reach the target audience effectively.

Sales Force Management:

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales force, including prospecting, lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.

Monitor sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, sales volume, and customer satisfaction, and take proactive measures to address any issues or challenges.

Coordinate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery processes.

Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or e-vehicle industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, promotional strategies, and market dynamics.

Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a results-driven mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as needed.
