Roles and Responsibilities
● Generate hot leads through references from existing clients and other channels.
● Train field sales team on a daily basis to meet the productivity targets.
● Managing a team of salespeople locally and remotely to increase secondary sales and
achieve targets set for the sales executives
● Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
● Follow up and visit report to be updated in CRM on daily basis for reporting purpose
● Interacting with existing and prospective clients in order to develop new business and leads.
● Aggressively achieving the sales target.
● Conducting sales calls, site visits, and closing the leads.
● Continuous follow-up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through
continuous follow-up with clients for their requirements.
● Conducting market review/studies and analyzing competitor’s activities thereby devising
strategies to counter them.
● Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects and also in
conversion of prospective customers who are planning to use competitors’ projects.
● Coordination with various functions / internal departments at various stages of the business
● Professionally answer customer calls and emails regarding products, orders,
inquires, problems/complaints, technical questions, and offer general information for end-users.
