As the Inside Sales Senior Manager at Colive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leading and managing the inside sales team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring and coaching team members, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and productivity.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective inside sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of leads and prospects through the sales process.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to assess the team’s performance and implement improvements.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and coaching to the inside sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management, detailing progress and future sales projections.
Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in inside sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Knowledge of the co-living industry and real estate market trends (preferred).
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
