Sales Head: Pickright Technologies (A wealth tech start-Up)
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities
• High sense of ownership – Personally own the targets
• Responsible for achieving forecasted sales targets in consultation with the leadership team.
• Drive business numbers via effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Continuously engage with customers to keep them active in the system.
• Effectively manage the sales pipeline and source leads with the help of partners and frontline sales.
• Have a deep product & market understanding and be able to demonstrate our USPs and set up large demo & webinar sessions with target customers.
Requirements
• Immense experience in driving target result-oriented sales plans and teams.
• Great understanding of technology for business, given the fintech space.
• 10 + years of sales experience in the B2B & B2C space.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Influencing and negotiation skills.
• Should be open for traveling to close business dealss
Pickright Technologies will offer salary in the range 12 LPA - 20 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
