Job Description • Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels. • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives. • Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers. • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline. • Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback

Candidates with fluency in Hindi
Comfortable with rotational shifts (Females will be working in day shift)
1.Candidates located in Kolkata – Work From Office (Okay to travel to New Town Astra Towers) 6 days working with a rotational week off
2.Immediate Joiners, Joining within a week
3.An onsite interview is preferred to be scheduled & Online interview is to be scheduled only if the candidate is not located in Kolkata.
4.Candidates experienced in B2B, B2C sales, Inbound Calling, Outbound calling, and Telesales, coming from experience background of Edtech and Healthcare companies with minimum work experience of 6 months and max 1 -2 years.
Additional Details
Shift Timing for Day shifts and night shifts – Between 8 AM to 9 PM for Day shifters. For the night we will be having 3 shifts i.e. (3 PM – 12 AM, 5 PM – 2 AM, 10 PM – 7 AM)
Female office timing – Only between ( 9 AM – 6 PM)
Pick &/Or Drop facility will be given or not – No
Whether freshers can be considered to some extent – Yes if the candidate is good
Minimum Education Qualification if any – +2 and above (Graduation Not Mandatory)
Age limit –Should be above 20 at least
Training Period – 7 days (Paid)
Any specific sales targets – Yes ( 3 Lakhs Net Revenue)
Incentive Per month – Based on performance ( 30k + can be expected if targets are achieved). If targets are not achieved and revenue is more than 80% can still earn 20k+
Any night allowance – Yes can be given that could be 100 rs. Dinner Reimbursement on the number of days present on a monthly basis
MojoCare Store will offer salary in the range 2.5 LPA - 6 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
