Job Role 

Reach out to all the customers via call who place fresh orders to confirm address and check for cancellations pre dispatch.
Verify the NDR shared by the courier partner on a daily basis and send reattempt/RTO instructions.
Check for fake attempts at the last mile.
Make CSAT calls and pacify customers who escalate by providing appropriate resolution.
Take inbound calls to address customer queries.
Requirements

0-2 years of experience in customer service or similar domain.
Fluency in English or Hindi is a must. Limited/full working proficiency in regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu etc is a plus.
12th pass/undergraduate.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
Stationed in Bangalore.
Basic understanding of working with computers and MS Excel.
