Job Description
• Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
• Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback.

Desired skills
• 1-3 yrs experience in inside sales or b2c sales is preferred.
• Fresher graduates who are interested in sales with an MBA can also apply.
• Bachelor’s is mandatory.
Salary
Offered CTC is 2.00 – 2:80 LPA + 3.00 – 5.00 LPA (Variable Pay)

All candidates required with fluency in Hindi + manageable English
Timings
6 days working with rotational weekoff
Day shift – 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (rotational shift 9 hours of working including 1 hour of break)
Night shift – 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
