Job Role
● Take inbound calls to address customer queries.
● Make CSAT calls and pacify customers who escalate by providing appropriate
resolution.
Requirements
● 0-4 years of experience in customer service or similar domain.
● Fluency in English or Hindi is a must. Limited/full working proficiency in regional
languages like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu etc is a plus.
● 12th pass/undergraduate.
● Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast paced
environment.
● Stationed in Bangalore.
● Basic understanding of working with computers, Google Sheets and MS Excel.
