Job description:
We are looking for a talented/passionate / go-getter candidate from the sales side who can propel the Company’s prospects to the next level & ready to ignite a spark in the spectrum of sales (B2B- SaaS /healthcare / Internet of Medical Things)
The candidate will get the opportunity to work in all stages of the business development cycle (Lead generation, Calling the leads, setting up meetings, product demo & discussions details, handling FAQs, discussing commercials, closing deals, handling after sales service).
Responsibilities
· Generate leads through own resources, FB, LinkedIn, and Email Marketing and other channels.
· Be responsible for business growth and partnership agreements.
· Maintain consistent contact with existing clients & collaborate with companies.
· Manage sales pipeline.
· Track metrics to ensure revenue & new clients targets are achieved.
· Healthcare services’ reach and user engagement (i.e., third-party distribution channels, co-marketing agreements, and strategic partnerships).
· To conduct seminars, the doctor meets tie-ups with hospitals, etc.
· To conduct on-the-job training to new induct / other field employees – existing and new.
· To manage vacant territory whenever instructed to do so.
Qualifications
· Story Creation skills.
· Degree in sales, marketing or business administration from reputed institutions.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
· Strong negotiation/people convincing skills.
· Good understanding of sales (B2B) and end-to-end account management process.
· Field sales experience (B2B) with a proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
· Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customers.
· Good network with doctors/hospitals/ diagnostic centers/polyclinic/channel partners will be an additional advantage.
· Prior work experience in a start-up would be an additional advantage.

MedTel will offer salary in the range 35000 PA - 45000- PA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
