Job Description
Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
- Record and reconcile financial data, including bank statements and general ledgers.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and monitor budgets.
- Assist in the forecasting process to support strategic financial planning.
Auditing and Analysis:
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Analyze financial data for trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections.
Financial Planning and Strategy:
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Contribute to the overall financial strategy of the organization.
