Job Description

1+ Year Experience (Ideally in a b2b sales/business growth/start-up space / customer-facing role) – Immediate joiners preferred

FUNCTIONAL AREA sales, sales executive, field sales, b2b sales, medical sales, health care sales, wellness sales

This role involves understanding the needs of the customer, suggesting programs to them and on boarding them as paid clients.

Owning sales targets to facilitate corporate sales and renewals
Understanding the prospective customer’s needs and goals, and suggesting relevant programs – Setting demo sessions, following up with the prospects to collect feedback and pushing for conversions
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
What you need to have: –

Good at convincing others, and enjoys sales thoroughly
Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in English
A highly driven self-starter, with very strong ownership of their work
Strong mindset to delight customers – Keen interest in mind-body wellness/fitness
