Salary: 6-8 Lacs CTC including incentives. Additional performance bonus will also be allowed.
A. Sales:
– Meeting Sales Targets in the assigned region
– Meeting Clients, Following up on all Sales Leads for Projects; Coordinating with the client for all clarifications
– Meeting potential leads and making strong presentations about the benefits, ROI of Solar; Validating leads
– Coordinating with the Design Team for sending proposals and followup
– Coordinating for bank finance for the client with a local bank, financial institution
B. Business Development:
– Meeting industry associations, govt departments, etc to generate leads and interests; Arranging and giving presentations to the members of industry associations and getting them interested
– Meeting prospective leads and getting them interested in solar
– Meeting banks, regional industrial offices, industry development boards to get lists of large industries in the region
– Meeting selected architects, CA and engineers and other companies who may give leads of prospective clients
– Keeping track of events, conferences in the assigned region and participating in them
KSL Cleantech Limited will offer salary in the range 6 LPA - 8 LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
