Job Title: Inside Sales Executive/Sales Telecaller/New Delhi

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside  Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by generating leads through phone calls and coordinating meetings with clients and the sales team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound phone calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales leads and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings between clients and the sales team.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure prompt and efficient response to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align efforts and achieve sales objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products/services in the market.
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales coordination or support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales software.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads through phone calls and other proactive methods.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
