Role Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience. Your role involves efficiently managing client data, addressing inquiries, concerns, and overseeing counseling session schedules.
*This position requires your presence at our Noida office six days a week.
