Job Description
Job Location: Permanent WFH
Experience: Min 1+ Years in CRM and ERP Sales or SAAS
Salary – Upto 6 LPA
Must Have Skills:
•Identify business opportunities viz. enterprise customers, small, medium or large
•Work with internal teams to give demos, and create solutions that will best fit the client’s needs and beyond.
•Work with internal teams to create solution documents which will accompany financial proposals
•Prepare financial proposals and work with the client to close business.
•Work with internal teams to onboard customers in a seamless manner.
•Ensuring billing & collections
Additional skills:
A fair understanding of various customer engagement applications/tools should help. Hands-on usage of any sales/service applications could be an advantage.
Exemplary interpersonal skills are a must for this position. Need to have the ability to well network with Cx heads/influencers and engage in conversations that are business process-driven. Business knowledge of various industry verticals could be one of the skills that will help in engaging with C-level personnel
