Responsibilities
Communicate with app users via email and chat
Ensure customers are updated regarding their queries within the TAT.
Resolving customer issues basis the guided operational procedures and policies.
Respond to all inquiries received via social media
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Data entry in various platforms
Requirement
Fresher- 0-1 yrs experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Experience with using MS Office (Excel and Word) and Google Docs
HappyCredit will offer salary in the range 15000 LPA - 18000- LPA. The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
