We are looking for a passionate individual with excellent communication skills, good business judgment and analytical thinking and superior organizational & time management skills. The person should have rich experience ideally in furniture or home business and a good sense of business administration
Responsible for the overall performance of the Studio – Business performance, Operational Excellence, People &Process related matters.
Business performance – Achieve and exceed targets for key metrics – footfalls, conversions, sales, the business as applicable, outbound and B2B business as applicable, channel partner and design partner business as applicable, buy on phone, etc.
Personally, contribute in an outsized proportiontotargetachievementoftheStudio via intensive key customer/partner facing interactions
outside people –Manage team actively, monitor performance, provide coaching for correction and development, maintain and improve the morale of the team by helping them to grow as professionals and also achieving their immediate short-term business goals.
Actively build skills in team members across–product knowledge, and sales process knowledge. Do this both directly and by taking help from central resources, merchants etc.
Follow the process with high adherence and integrity–and, manage people and the development, and interactions with customers and partners.
,Make plans for in-store and local activities–events/initiativestopromoteStudiointhecatchment.Bethepointpersonfor such activities that are driven centrally too.
Take ownership of customer satisfaction for all in-store and associated,off-store,activities.
