Job Description
HR-Executive JD
Responsibilities
HR-Ops
- Responsible for managing the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit and ensure a smooth transition of the employees during working with the company.
- Managing employee record and data like Attendance and Leave, Exit, Performance Management, Exit Etc.
- Adherence to end to end Onboarding of Team Members
- Responsible for delivering high-quality employee experience, by new initiatives in employee engagement
- Act as first point of contact for escalated concerns
- Maintain, update and implement all HR Procedures and ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR deliverables
- Ensure completion of Attendance Management, Exit formalities
- Provide resolution for escalated issues and grievance
- Use tools to create employee trackers and analysis on various HR metrics
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
Talent Acquisition
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Interviewing candidates and filling positions for requirements
- Developing your own network of suitable candidates.
- Coordinating with Hiring vendors
- Preparing of HR Letters
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in HR Operations/ HR Generalist
- Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with HR Specialization
- Strong Analytical Skills & Business Acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong track record of execution
- Proficiency Microsoft Office and Google tools like – Microsoft Office 365 suite –, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, G-Sheets, G-Form, G-Slides. Etc.
