Key Responsibilities

● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

● Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy

● Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members

● Prepare and present regular sales reports to management

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

● 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on the freight forwarding industry

● Proven track record of achieving sales targets

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

● Strong organizational and time management skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
